Comtex Technologies is pleased to announce that effective October 1st, 2015, Comtex has purchased and merged all assets of SouthEastern Telephones, Inc. a Birmingham company with a customer base of 2000 + business clients. Founded in 1983, Southeastern Telephones has been installing and servicing business telephone systems for Toshiba Telecommunications, Iwatsu Telephones, and ICON Voice Networks very similar to Comtex. Ty Glassford, states “With this merger, Comtex will have a statewide presence and service capability. We have not only tripled our customer base, we now have quadrupled our service foot print with a new affiliated company along the Florida panhandle to the Mississippi coast. 2015 has been the best year in revenue for Comtex since the nineties and with this acquisition, Comtex is positioned to have its best year ever in 2016 with our diversified portfolio of products including phone systems, DVR & surveillance systems, access control, audio video, and low voltage wiring. God has blessed our efforts and hard work, and we are grateful”. How do I change the time on my telephones? - Omega 924


For Omega 924 customers, go to the main operator phone. Press Feature, Pound, Star. Enter the default pass code (000000 - 6 zeroes) then press Show. Enter 4 1 5 and press Show. The display should read SYSTEM TIME, press Show again. Continue to press NEXT until you reach the screen labeled HOUR. Enter the current hour in a 24-hour format (i.e. 1:30 PM = 13:30), Press SAVE, then press NEXT. Change the minutes if necessary, then press SAVE again. To leave the screen press SPKR.

The Voicemail Time is reflected by the TELEPHONE system time.
